If a replacement is available in stock, we will send it to you within 6-14 days. However, if the replacement is not available, the customer's claim will be redirected to the manufacturer.

The warranty provided by ToolBoom Online Shop generally lasts for 6 months from the date of shipment. Still, it is advised to consult with the company manager on specific products' warranty terms and conditions. The warranty covers hardware products and parts, excluding consumables, power cables, and software products.

The warranty does not cover the shipment costs to and from the customer, except in cases where the product arrives malfunctioning. Additionally, any damage or loss that occurs during transportation is not covered by the warranty. To ensure compliance with the packing list, it is strongly recommended to check the package contents in the presence of an authorized representative from the delivery company.

ToolBoom Online Shop reserves the right to reject warranty claims in certain circumstances, such as when the warranty seal is removed or damaged, the warranty period has expired, or the product has been altered or misused. If a case is deemed ineligible for warranty, the customer is responsible for covering the costs of repair and shipment. Post-warranty repair is available regardless of the purchase date, with the cost calculated on an individual basis for each case.
